We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service based on capacity. In the event of a scheduling conflict, we will work with you to find the next available opening that fits your schedule. 4. Intake Forms: For custom work or consultations, service begins only after the Intake Form has been submitted and formally approved by our team. Work will not begin, and meeting links will not be issued, until full payment has been processed.
